Computer Science graduate with experience in software development, web applications, databases, Linux systems, and cloud-hosted services. I am pursuing opportunities in both software development and computer science education where I can apply technical knowledge, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
I am a graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a concentration in Software Engineering. My academic work included software engineering, web development, databases, networking, Linux systems, and cloud computing.
Through my computer science coursework and projects, I have applied object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, database design, APIs, software testing, and full-stack development to practical software systems.
As a sales consultant, I worked with both independently owned package stores and larger chain retailers, building strong relationships with store owners, managers, and purchasing teams. My responsibilities included understanding each account’s business needs, recommending products, supporting merchandising and promotions, and helping clients make informed purchasing decisions. Working across both independent and corporate retail environments strengthened my communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills while teaching me how to adapt my approach to different business structures and client priorities.
I am also pursuing Texas Computer Science 8–12 certification through iteachTEXAS and am interested in opportunities in software development, computer science education, and Career and Technical Education.
